Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tenant/Buyer Leads

 

1. There is no charge to either Potential Tenant/buyers or Associates for submitting information to this service and we will specify the actual sale price according to the amount of information that has been entered and the amount available deposit that the potential tenant/buyers have available.

 2. The information provided is as provided end entered by the applicant or associate.

 3. If the tenant/buyer lead has been entered by a current registered associate of bmvleads.net we will share 50% of the specified lead sale price with the associate after deducting the small PayPal fee.

 4. If the lead is unsold, then there will be no charge or no pay out either. Payment will be made in 10 to 14 days of the sale as we have to wait until the guaranteed contact details refund period of 7 days has run out.

 5. You will have to buy this lead on our on-line shop. We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or losses incurred by you.

 6. The lead will only be sold to one investor. It can not be purchased twice and is automatically removed from the site as soon as it is sold.

 7. Wherever possible and in accordance with our policy, the applicant has been contacted and the lead has been qualified. The telephone number and email contact details are guaranteed as accurate. If the potential Tenant/buyer is not contactable after at least 5 attempts you must report this to us within 7 days of purchasing the lead in order to obtain a refund. We shall make several attempts to contact the potential Tenant/buyers to ensure that they are indeed, not contactable before making any refund. If we make contact and qualify the lead further, then the lead will be passed back to the purchaser together with the reasons why and our decision will be final.

 8. We urge you to obtain professional credit references upon the potential tenant/buyer/s before proceeding with any Tenancy and/or Lease Option Agreement.

 9. No information presented in these particulars constitutes or forms part of a contract, with the exception of the stated Terms and Conditions of Associates and the General Terms and Conditions published on our website which you accepted by default when you registered as an associate.
